Gaza, the lawsuit (EN)

Six members of the Palestinian Ziada family died in 2014 when a precision missile destroyed their house in Gaza. The Dutch Palestinian Ismail Ziada lost his mother, three brothers, his sister-in-law, and nephew in the attack. According to Ismail Ziada, the bombing of the house is a warcrime, but he can’t go to court in Israel. He is trying to start a lawsuit in the Netherlands against two former generals who, according to Ziada, are responsible for the attack. Amongst them is politician Benny Gantz. Gantz lead the Israeli army in 2014 when the attack on the Ziada house took place.
